Lots of things. One being my first goal weight. Two being able to wear clothes purchased from the average-sized person store. Three being more comfortable with myself. I could go on but I'll spare you.
This morning I got on the scale for a surprise -2 1/2 pounds. Bringing it to a total of -16.2 pounds. Wow. That's great. But I have so much more to go.
It's Monday and it's pitch black outside right now. But I'm so going to love the light out tonight!
Congrats. I have been following you and inspired by all your hard work. Keep it up. You can do it.

Good job!!! 16 lbs is a great start. I have a LOT more than 16 lbs to lose ;) But, I'm on the same track as you. Tomorrow is my last day of the 30 Day Shred and then I'm going to start up my Slim in 6 dvd.

I hear ya on getting tired of hearing what Jillian has to say! I'm looking forward to being done with her for awhile! Tonight will be my last Shred workout! woohoo:)
ReplyDeleteSo ya, Slim in 6 is a great workout! I love it.
It's by Beach Body and the instructor is Debbie Siebers...she is much nicer to listen to than Jillian :)
There are levels of difficulty and each level is a great workout! Lots of squatting, lunges, pliƩs, resistance bands are used and great ab workouts. I highly recommend it!
