Yep, I'm right back in the saddle. Today I started the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout. Why does that name have to be so long? Let's just call is BLLCW. No, scratch that, just LCW.
It was embarrassing to me to not be able to do every single thing on the video while all the contestants could. Well, that's not entirely true. I only watched the front left blonde girl and the darker skinned (Hawaiian? Is that completely un-pc of me?! I think his name is Simian) man and they were rockin' it out.
I have to keep in mind that my body is learning these new moves so it will take a day or so to get into the groove.
I am very proud to say that I did the plank jacks, mountain climbers, and the mixed planks (the aforementioned moves combined). Jillian has taught me something.
This video is good because they are 30 second attainable levels and it's very fast-paced again.
I did wonder at the beginning why there were two options for audio-with or without Jillian's commentary. NOW I know why! Dang, she's annoying on this one. I think it was just awkward. Oh well, tomorrow I may turn her off.
Oh, in my video was a code for a free BL workout music mix. Did anyone else get that?

Low fat Greek yogurt with honey and Rice Chex
Leftover pot roast, potatoes, and carrots
We're having chicken fajitas for dinner. Actually, it's more like chicken tacos because I don't saute any veggies. I am very picky about cooked veggies-no peppers, I'll taste them for days. So we have avocado, cheese, hot sauce, and sour cream-but I won't use that. I will, however, probably have some chips for the extra avocado.
I'm starving right now! Time to finish making dinner.
