The Shred Level 1 today. And I worked it! I didn't stop once and I finally got my breath right and it definitely helped keep me in rhythm and moving. I wish levels 2 and 3 would be the same...we'll see tomorrow!
I will say, talking about those other two levels, I'm definitely noticing a difference in my abilities, flexibility, and strength. I'm so glad to finally being seeing some progress.
In talking with some of the ladies in Jackie's Community, I might look into the whole Weight Watchers online thing. I'm already doing all the other aspects of it-I might as well benefit by losing (more) weight.
I looked at the calendar tonight and there are only 49 days until Spring Break! That's not a lot of time to lose weight and get into shape. I'm so glad I started in January.
