Breakfast burrito-spicy turkey sausage, egg, cheese, Red Hot, avocado
Shredded Wheat with Vanilla and Almond
Turkey and Quinoa burger
Steamed Spinach
Post Honey Bunches of Oats with Pecan Bunches
Fat free vanilla honey Greek yogurt

I watched the bachelor last night too while sweating it to the arm curls and sit ups...so wanted to punch that girl Roslyn for being such an idiot!
