The Shred Part Two-Day 15

Level 1 tonight. Rocked it. I'm watching the Bachelor right now. I'm distracted.

I ate:
Green Tea with mixed berry
Breakfast burrito-spicy turkey sausage, egg, cheese, Red Hot, avocado

Shredded Wheat with Vanilla and Almond

Turkey and Quinoa burger
Steamed Spinach

Post Honey Bunches of Oats with Pecan Bunches
Fat free vanilla honey Greek yogurt

And that's all she wrote.
