The Shred-Day Six

Today I did an awful lot of lounging around. It's hubby's fault. It's his favorite pastime, particularly on weekends. I can't really blame him though. He works really hard during the week (construction) and on many a weekend. Then there's the band--which is where he is tonight. But the issue is I get sucked into it. Can you blame me...warm, snuggly hubby, usually with a fluffy puppy...

Okay okay, down to business.
Day 6 was okay...I turned on some music so I could drown out Jillian's daily schpeel. The music worked for a while then got a bit slower in beat. Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow. And gol' darnit. I had to stop during that second round of jumping jacks again! I am starting to loathe jumping jacks. I did g
et to thinking that maybe if I had done a little pre workout it may have gone better. You know how once you get warmed up it gets easier? That's what I'm banking on. Have you heard of Walk Away the Pounds? They're easy and not very long. I might do one of those before Jillian.

By the way, me stating I'm thinking about doing one video before the other to warm up is blowing my mind. Just last week at this time I was a laz-o-patomus! Here here!

**Post edit--> I totally forgot to tell you I did push harder today. On the rowing and chest flies I used the 5 lb weights instead of the three. It's those little things, right?!

I started my daily meal log on my last post, so I will continue here:
Spaghetti noodles with butter, Parmesan, and spinach. See photos below. I slightly feel badly for eating noodles for dinner--but I love them. I'm Ita
lian, I can't help it. But I tried to eat them as healthfully as I could. I used less than a Tbs of butter and I added spinach which I would have never done before. I'm still a little hungry though--and groceries are low!

What to eat, what to eat?
Um, a handful of French Fried onions and a Jell-O mousse.
